Our History
The Northern Marianas Sports Association (NMSA) was established in 1976 as the governing body for sports in the Northern Mariana Islands. Since our inception, we have been committed to developing and promoting sports excellence throughout our island community.
Over the decades, NMSA has played a pivotal role in organizing and supporting various national and international sporting events, including the Micronesian Games and Pacific Mini Games. Our organization has been instrumental in sending athletes to compete in prestigious competitions such as the Olympic Games, fostering the development of local talent on the global stage.
