About NMISF

The NMI Swimming Federation is in charge of the development of swimming program in the Northern Mariana Islands. The NMISF is a full member of the World Aquatics and Oceania Aquatics. It runs programs for youth and adult swimmers through local clubs, including the Saipan Swim Club and Tsunami Swimming Center. Apart from its participation in regional tournaments, such as the Micronesian Games and the Pacific Games, the NMISF has made appearances in the World Aquatics Championships for more than 30 years. One of the most remarkable performances of the NMISF was in the 2024 Micronesian Games in the Marshall Islands, as its swimmers came home with 49 gold medals, 15 silvers, and 14 bronzes.
